Refund Policy

At Lowline Supply Limited, we want you to be happy with your order.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or unwanted items unless required by law.

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed but may be accepted at the sole discretion of Lowline Supply Limited. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

If we choose to accept a change-of-mind return, the item must:

  • be returned in original condition
  • be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • have all original tags and packaging attached

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us at hello@lowlinesupply.com as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos where relevant

Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Sale items

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Please email hello@lowlinesupply.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
