Lowline Supply — Shipping Policy

We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 2-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, or busy sale periods.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lowline Supply is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect delivery details.

At this stage, we ship within New Zealand. If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout.
