We currently ship within New Zealand. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow the full delivery window during busy periods — we appreciate your patience and support.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to love your Lowline Supply gear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
